I’m from Atlanta, Georgia. Fitness has been a part of my life since childhood through sports, but my journey as a fitness trainer began a few years after college. After earning my psychology degree, I found myself feeling lost and unfulfilled, struggling to find passion in any career path. Determined to create consistency in something I truly knew and loved, I committed to a 30-day gym fast—challenging myself to run, lift weights, do yoga, ride bikes, and push my limits every single day. This journey wasn’t just about physical transformation; it was about proving to myself that I could build discipline and take control of my life.
As I started seeing results, others began noticing too. People started asking me to train them, and that’s when I realized I had found my true calling. I decided to get certified as a fitness trainer and later ventured into content creation to share my passion with a wider audience.
